+ selecting the current window in the main menu or with the keyboard now close

* loading corrupted envelopes caused the program to crash. Corrected.

* musical keyboard now works when caps lock is enabled
* non standard InterWave SIMM configurations should now be supported
* sample offset effect was done wrong with 16 bits sample. Corrected.
